    The delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on various factors such as customs processing, shipping carriers, and local conditions. If your package is delayed, it could be due to unforeseen circumstances like customs clearance, high shipping volumes, or other logistical issues. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier or our customer support for specific information regarding the delay in your package.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to send the product to a package point for personal pickup. Currently, we can only send your package with home delivery.

    Of course, you can pay by credit card. You can pay in advance, and you can also pay with a credit card in person at the courier service upon receiving the package.
